Listen to the Music!

Julia Wade jauntily uplifts us this week with To Carry On, which brings a little touch of Rio de Janeiro to our Sunday Service. The moods of Brazilian music are energetic, yet calming and uplifting — just the right atmosphere for changing our mourning into dancing and inspiring us with “The hope of a new dawn, the impulse to Carry On.” This song is off Julia’s album Sunday Morning, a collection of 13 sacred songs (11 composed by Peter Link along with 2 familiar classics) drawn from Biblical truths. There is also sheet music available for this solo, which can be found by clicking here.
