One Word
Lyricist: Tessa E. B. Frost
Composer: Jay A. H. Frost

I know why sweet angels sang that quiet night
When Jesus, the babe, was
born
No words to honor the Son of man, the love of God, but one
A simple,
rich, holy sound, of promises kept, of life unbound!

Alleluia!
Alleluia
Alleluia
Alleluia

Come to destroy the works of a lie
Raise the dead, open our eyes!
Come through the night, no matter how far
God’s Christ, Love’s bright star!

Alleluia!

We, too, must be of God’s eloquent design
Of Spirit, of One infinite Mind
Oh, the word of Truth revealed in heaven here and now
A simple, rich, holy sound, of promises kept, of life unbound!

Alleluia!
Alleluia
Alleluia
Alleluia

Come to destroy the works of a lie
Raise the dead, open our eyes!
Christ, Truth, spiritual man
Voicing good in all the land!

Alleluia!
Alleluia
Alleluia
Alleluia

The Shepherd’s Song
Lyricist: Tessa. E. B. Frost
Composers: Tessa E. B. Frost and Jay A. H. Frost

In my darkest night, when I thought I was all alone
I closed my eyes and felt the fear circle round
But then something moved, like a murmur in a nameless crowd
And I heard Your voice calling my name out loud

You said, “I am your God and you are My precious one
I made you brighter than the brightest sun
Come, let us walk through My pastures evergreen
Come, rest your head, lay beside My gentle stream
I will lead you, perfect lamb of Mine – fearless by My design

And yet, should you feel a darkness begin
Be still – don’t hide – I am by your side
With reason’s rod, your strongest guard
You are forever safe as I reveal My grace.

And so now you see My child, it’s more than you could ever dream
Already in your place, you belong at the table of the King
Let Me fill your life; let it brim with My Love
I am All and you are My own

Welcome home

I always lead you, perfect lamb of Mine – fearless by My design.”

Living Truth
Lyricist: Tessa E. B. Frost
Composer: Tessa E. B. Frost and Jay A. H. Frost

I know what they say
It’s what we’re told every day
That man is a mess, a slave to the grave.

Well it’s time that you knew
We’ve all been fooled
That story couldn’t be further from
The Truth

Man is God-made
No mistakes
Nothing to pay
The living image of God’s grace
Spiritual
Forever
Safe

Do you know what this means?
Get up, walk right out of the dream
Sweet man
You are blessed
Life’s eternal guest

It’s time that we knew
So we’ll never be fooled
Into thinking a lie when
We’re living Truth.

Man is God-made
No mistakes
Nothing to pay
The living image of God’s grace
Spiritual
Forever
Safe

As for me, I see God’s face in righteousness
As for me, I am satisfied when I awake in Thy likeness

Yes, it’s time that we knew
And we’ll never be fooled
Into thinking a lie when
We’re living Truth
We’re living proof

The Great I AM
Lyricist: Tessa E. B. Frost
Composer: Jay A. H. Frost

Some have said you are a wonder
Dressed in white and heard in thunder
Or just a made-up mystery
Dreamed by men who have no answer

But who is the God of Jacob, of Joseph, of Ruth?
The living good of David’s song and Jesus’ proof
The Great I AM

Yes, it’s true you are a wonder
But seen in Love
Heard by the humble
As sure as law and Life can be
The Soul of All
The Mind of peace

This is the God of Jacob, of Joseph, of Ruth!
The living good of David’s song and Jesus’ proof
The Great I AM

Praise the Lord, our Father-Mother!
Seen in Love, heard by the humble
As sure as law and Life can be
The Soul of all, the Mind of peace

This is the God of Jacob, of Joseph, of Ruth
The living good of David’s song and Jesus’ proof

Praise the Lord, our Father-Mother!
Seen in Love, heard by the humble
As sure as law and Life can be
The Soul of all, the Mind of peace

The Great I AM

No Hands
Lyricist: Tessa E. B. Frost
Composers: Tessa E. B. Frost and Jay A. H. Frost

Just a little girl, she wondered at the world
At the mountains and seas, the flowers, and the trees
How? And wondered how, if God has no hands, how could He make
these?
How? Please tell me how, if God has no hands, how did He make me?

Listen child, ask then listen child, He’ll show you everything
How, you’ll see how though Love has no hands it carries the breeze
How, you’ll see how with no hands at all, Love shapes us all

Blessed are the pure, the gentle heart of yours
To see beyond the fear more than what appears
Now! The time is now to see what God has done and all that we have won
Now! Forever now, spiritual and real, see His world appear

Listen child, ask then listen child, He’ll show you everything
How, you’ll see how though Love has no hands, It carries the breeze
How, you’ll see how with no hands at all, Love shapes us all

Just like the little girl, we’ve all wondered at the world
At the towering trees, the endless, mighty seas
But now, we’re learning how though God has no hands, He made you
and me
Now, see it now! God needs no hands to make the world spiritually

Have you ever looked up at the sky, at the mountains and seas, and seen
them free?

Peace Like a River
Lyricist – Tessa E.B. Frost
Composer – Jay and Tessa Frost

I will extend peace, peace like a river
To lift you up and carry you home.
Just like a mother comforts her children
Just so will I with you.

The man, he was dirty. He was empty
Unseen, unwanted and torn.
A battle raged deep within him
A war of wills with a shadow called sin.

It felt like he’d wandered his whole life
Homeless among homes, alive among tombs.
But it there, when there was no light
He heard a voice inside, like an angel guide:

“You, My most precious gift
You, who My image bear
You, not what you think you see
You, you are the best of Me.”

This whisper pursued him, convinced that it knew him
Innocent and free, as he was made to be.
Day by day it grew louder
And with it came peace, peace like a river.

The man, he was gentled, redeemed
Like the child he’d forgotten inside.
Steady and sure, this touch of a Mother
God knew him, a child divine.

“You, My most precious gift
You, who My image bear
You, not what you think you see
You, you are the best of Me.”

I will extend peace, peace like a river
To lift you up, and carry you home.
Just like a mother comforts her children
Just so will I with you.

Father of Lights
Lyricist: Tessa E.B. Frost
Composer: Jay A.H. Frost

Father of lights, light up the world
You made us sons and daughters
Oh, this must be Love, holding us close
Drawing our lives to open them wider

Your Truth has kept us, taught and blessed us
Life not of dust
Soul shines through us
One perfect God!

Let us sing!
Lift them up, let praises ring
Yes, this is our King
Lift them up, let praises ring!

Mother of all – all beautiful, good
You’ve given the Key to the Kingdom
Unwavering Love, guiding us home
Marking the way with every healing

Oh, Mind has fed us, healed, and led us
Principle, kind
Spirit’s design
One perfect God!

Let us sing!
Lift them up, let praises ring
For this, this is our King
Lift them up, let praises ring
This, this is our King
Lift them up, let praises ring
Oh this, this is our King
Lift them up, let praises ring!

Soulshine
Lyricist: Tessa E. B. Frost
Composers: Tessa E. B. Frost and Jay A. H. Frost

Arise! Come and see the brightness of this day
Let it rise… let it wash over you, never to fade away
Beauty, love, and tenderness in each everlasting ray
Rising in you, wakening the true!

This, this is God…. Soulshine

Arise! Come and see the brightness of this day
Feel it rise right within you, shining in your face
Steady, pure, and heaven-bent, each everlasting ray
Brightening you, showing you the true!

This, this is God… Soulshine

Now Earth’s sun won’t be your guiding light by day
Nor the moon by night
With Love, God’s eternal light, to mark the way
And be the Soul beauty of the day

Arise! Come and see the brightness of this day
It will rise! The Love of God never fades away
Glory, strength and gentleness in each everlasting ray
Shining right through, reflecting in you today!

This, this is God… the Soulshine

Love ‘em ‘til it’s Gone
Words and Music by Tessa and Jay Frost

They’re out there hatin’, leaving you dry
Filling the airwaves with ignorance and pride
Or hanging in the classroom, saying that you lie
Well, let me tell you darlin’, what it takes to turn the tide
Who will you be?
Seems like a new thing, it’s just shape-shifting hate
Sometimes it’s your color, others your mistake
My kind was silent, hurtful disdain
And I know she felt it, like cold, steady rain
Who would she be?

Chorus

What you gonna do if the world turns the hate on you?
Will you be the one to flee or be radically new?
I say turn your other cheek – it’s the best you’ve got
Love the hell right out ‘em – lovin’ till it’s gone
Lovin’ till it’s gone
Yeah, I know she felt it, but she never left me dry
Loving me so steadily changed everything inside
I never even saw it leave – that shape-shifting hate
It just turned to nothing, cause she turned her cheek to me
So if it’s scaldin’ like hot water or concrete cold as ice
Turn, turn it to nothing – it’s just mist blockin’ the light
Love the ones that hate you, return ‘em good for ill
Turn, turn it to nothing – like the man up on the hill

Chorus

What you gonna do if the world turns the hate on you?
Will you be the one to flee or be radically new?
I say turn your other cheek – it’s the best you’ve got
Love the hell right out ‘em – lovin’ till it’s gone
Lovin’ till it’s gone!
