Sing a New Song!
Text: based on Psalm 98: vers. Adrienne Tindall
Music: Austin C. Lovelace

Sing a new song, sing a new song!
Praise our God for wondrous things.
Praise His power; praise its justice
And the triumph that it brings.
For He shows us His salvation,
Shows His righteousness divine;
Great His faithfulness and mercy;
Great His love for humankind!

Shout to God with heart rejoicing,
Let your praises echo long.
Sound the trumpets, sweep the harpstrings,
Raise your hymns and sing your songs:
Grateful songs to God the Father
That He sends the earth His Son.
Let the earth ring out our gladness,
Let the song be never done!

Let the seas roar and their fulness;
Let the rivers clap their hands;
Let the hills rejoice, as praises
Fill the world and all its lands,
For the Lord, the Lord, is coming;
He will judge and save the earth;
Heavenly Love will guide his measure,
Heavenly mercy prove our worth.
