Just a Closer Walk [Out of Print]

When there are shadows all around me, and the sky above seems dark and gray, Lord, protect me; be my light and be my guide, and stay with me ev’ry day. When I am lonely and down-hearted and there’s no one there to understand, Lord, remind me that I’m never alone. Please come now and take my hand. Just a closer walk with Thee, O Lord, gives me all the strength I need. Take my heart and set me free, Stay beside me, Lord, walk with me. When I am worried and uncertain, and I start to fall or lose my way, Lord, forgive me for my doubts and all my fears, and lead me back when I stray. Grant me the wisdom, grant me courage to be ev’rything I’m meant to be. Help and guide me through the darkness to the light, and Lord, give me faith to believe. Stay beside me, walk with me.
