Thanksgiving [Out of Print]

We thank Thee God, for life renewed; for peace which comes when claims of sin are healed. We praise that Love which makes the shadows flee, and guides us on into promised liberty. We thank Thee God for our passage out of darkness, and into the light brought by Christ’s great victory. We thank Thee God, for faith confirmed, when hearts grow strong as mortal grief is stilled. We praise the Truth for its power to set us free, and mould our will to reflect Thy harmony. We thank Thee God, for the lives restored to gladness, when pain is dispelled in Love’s own reality. We thank Thee God, for soul refreshed by Spirit’s touch which rifts the dreams of sense. We praise Thy Word which was given as thy law, to hold us firmly to Life’s integrity. We thank Thee God, for the Principle which leads us, when hate and fear accede to Love’s supremacy. We thank Thee God, for one Mind revealed, when selfish thoughts to Thy great goodness yield. We hear Thy voice as we seek Thee silently, and find our aims rid of all iniquity. We thank Thee God, for our glimpse of Soul’s resources, which bless us now, and through Thy Christ eternally.
