Wake Ye People and Sing [Out of Print]
Wake, ye people, awake now and sing, For from our Father’s outstretched arm there comes through the night, a beauteous light, to waken the earth from its sorrows and dreams. See, it rests o’er all the world, routing the gloom of death’s dark tomb, lifting burdens of fear and pain, lightening all care, opening our eyes to see God’s wondrous power, touching our hearts now, to welcome His beloved Son. Ah. Peace, the Christ brings to all troubled thoughts. Ah, all troubled thoughts, casting out hate, healing all grief, showing us how to love, and live in God’s own Grace. Wake and sing now, ye children of God, for through our Father’s living word, There comes to us all, a glorious call, to waken and leave now these sorrows and dreams.
