Helen Ingle Ezell (1903-1985) was a native of Oklahoma. She studied music at Oklahoma University, Columbia University, and Julliard. During a forty year career as a piano teacher, she composed and published over 100 pieces for piano as well as being active in many musical and educational associations including the National Guild of Piano Teachers.
Mrs. Ezell began studying Christian Science around 1930. She wrote these beautiful solos using poems published in the Christian Science Sentinel; For those of you who sing for churches who have a preference for traditional compositions, these are just what you’ve been searching for.
