A message from Peter Link

End of summer. Back to school. Back to work. Back to the grind. If there was ever a time for a little Inspiration, it’s now. So you’ve come to the right place.

We have it here in the form of music – Inspirational Music – trans-denominational and intended to reach all hearts and minds.

This month we’d like to welcome new composer, Peter B. Allen and his large selection of inspirational songs to the site. Here you’re sure to find strong lyrics and well-crafted sacred songs for your church services. Check him out.

We’re also excited to continue in NYC The Watchfire Music Listening Room, a series of House Concerts starring our own Julia Wade. The first concert this past month was a sold-out howling success and we’ll continue September 16 and October 7, both Thursday nights. If you’re interested in attending, Click Here for more information. Julia will be joined October 7th by WFM artist and composer, Margaret Dorn.

Stay tuned for the release of a terrific new concept, Help! the Musical Handbook for Life in a new and revolutionary delivery system. Download musical solutions to some of life’s most challenging moments.

Each chapter of the handbook is an Inspirational superabundance of solutions to some of the age-old problems of life. Help! will combine the talents of WFM artists with those of Universal Music Group artists like Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, The Temptations and James Ingram. Coming soon!

Also on the near horizon is a rich new extension of WFM brought to us and you by Matthew Hoffman aptly entitled Laws 2 Live By, a fascinating new look at the age-old Ten Commandments presented in the new light of music, video and technology, but retaining the depth of the original time-honored message. This is a major project for WFM well along the way in development.

Summer may be over, but this fall there’s an excitement in the air!

     Peter B. Allen is a composer, pianist and conductor actively involved in writing and performing Inspirational music. Peter studied music at the Eastman School of Music, and the Aspen Music Festival and has worked as a musician in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Geneva, and Warsaw. Peter has published over 40 vocal solos now available at WFM.
