This month marked a period of great accomplishments and victories for Caesar Augustus, first emperor of Rome, symbolizing strength, leadership, and legacy. The name itself is derived from the Latin augere, meaning “to increase” or “to make great,” and has come to represent things that are majestic, respected, and elevated—just like the adjective august.
Symbolically, August stands at a seasonal crossroads.
